  • Breathe along with the figure.

Step 1: Focusing on the breath
Even 2 minutes of relaxed breathing can restore calm and sense of presence.
  1. Make sure that your breath is relaxed (breathe along with the figure only if you want to)
  2. Adjust the figure's breathing to match yours using the arrows
  3. If you use the timer, a bell will signal the end
