  • Breathe along with the figure.

Step 1: Focusing on the breath
Only 2 minutes of relaxed breathing can restore calm and sense of presence.
  1. Make sure your breath is relaxed
  2. Optionally, you can breathe along with the figure (match its breath to your relaxed breath, not vice versa)
  3. Click "Go" to use the timer
