Ease into meditation by sitting for a few moments and attending to your senses.
  1. Sit relaxed, yet alert
  2. Observe sounds for a few moments—maybe distant traffic, bird song or the sound of your breath
  3. Notice the physical feel of just being here, like your hips pressing into the seat or your feet resting against the floor
